Sending a message to a customer

Is it possible to send a message to a customer who has not ordered anything yet? If so, how do I send one?

You can use a module or an email marketing service, through which you can send an email for abandoned cart. Default, from prestashop, you can't.

As dedicated services for this, you can take a look at Klaviyo, Omnisend, Mail Chimp, and more. Being a dedicated service especially for this, it is more appropriate, emails are sent from their platform, but you will pay a monthly subscription, depending on the number of customers or the number of emails sent.
