xavisanta Posted January 9, 2021 Share Posted January 9, 2021 (edited) Hello, When I try to display an image uploaded throught the file manager located on /img/cms/Images/ they are just displayed as a thumbnail in the webshop. Product images are OK. When adressing the upladed image url get the following error: Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Unsucsessful Actions: 1. Regenerated thumbnails 2. Regenerated httacces / Disabled friendly URL 3. Permissons set to 755 Any hint? I'm asking as it could b bigger than the allowed upload limit which is set automatically in PS to 2MB Doo you have FTP access? In case you do try to see if the image is in : -folder /public_html/img/cms Also, you could try first of all to see if you type in a new browser the domain/img/cms/imagename.extension- that should be visible.
