Prestachamps Posted January 7, 2021 Share Posted January 7, 2021 Hi Joaguin The best on the market from many perspectives is teh https://www.zendesk.com/talk/- the problem with it on a bigger scale that it becomes expensive as hell! - but does the job,a nd offers a lot, like ticketing and mail integration + knowledgebase (FAQ) etc 2. Alternative could be Tawk.to - This is an open source option almost from Zendesk ;)...It's way more affordable, but it's not that fancy. One important element to take into account is the speed of the site after the implementation of any call center options or chat.
