Unable to access admin panel after paypal installation

Hey,

I have installed paypal installation on PS and since then I am unable to login to my admin panel. I am a newbie and need help with this issue. I have tried troubleshooting but unabel to login. I am not able to delete the module from my webhost as well. I have given the rights but still it doesn't allow me to delete the module. Please help! Thank in advance. 

PHP Version 5.3.29 and PS version is 1.6.1.6

500 Error show as Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '(' in /storage/content/25/191925/rpdemoprodukter.se/public_html/modules/paypal/paypal.php on line 89

line 89 in php shows as  public $psCheckoutCountry = ('FR', 'SE', 'ES', 'IT', 'GB', 'PL', 'BE', 'NL', 'LU', 'US');
