obeidullah Posted December 22, 2020 Share Posted December 22, 2020 Hi there Prestashop V1.7.7.0 I am experiencing a problem with product duplicate. When I select to duplicate a certain product because the new product will share many aspects of the previous item such as category, weight, prices then the previous product images load up as it supposed to. However if I delete the images and load images for the new product then what happens is that after saving the product I can see the new images in Front office but in BO when I edit product the old images are there again. So now I have old images and new images in BO. I was on 1.7.6.5 and this problem occured and now on 1.7.7.0 I find the same problem. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

But my problem is that when we save the NEW PRODUCT and go back into that product after deleting old images, we find that the old images came back. They don't get deleted. It shows up again.
