I need someone to help with buttom issue because I'm not able t access my BackOffice anymore and a lot of job spent out there. I'm ready to pay for someone who solves this issue. Guest Posted December 19, 2020 Share Posted December 19, 2020 (edited) You made a big mistake in your way. Prestashop 1.7.6 and 1.7.7 have differences in database tables. If you have a complete database backup and an FTP backup, you can undo the changes. You uploaded a database from another version to the new version of Prestashop. That's just not possible. Be aware that many configurations are written to the database. In particular configuration of modules and e-shop (Prestashop version, Prestashop database version, authorization ....)
