We are looking for transferring our current site( x-cart) to Presta.

it seems X-cart slowly going out of innovations, so its might be the time.

of course it should come with continuous support(sure you know its never one shot)

some conditions:

1- someone works in EU time zone, i know asia -india has good workers, but still prefer located in Europe people.

2- someone with open minded vision who also can advise and not just follow dummy rules, also to understand that modules need to be adapted.

3- preferably  dedicated person.

I recommend using an agency who are current in PrestaShop.  You can find them here.  PS directly competes with them via their service package offerings so not a lot of visibility but worth checking out.

https://www.prestashop.com/en/experts?iso=CO&budgetMin=0&budgetMax=50000

An agency will know things you didn't know you didn't know and can take your business to level you imagined.

There are to many facets to having an ecommerce shop so you want a very experienced team.  Because of international nature of PS agencies can be affordable if from your country.

Agencies are what make successful shops.
