Don't see all transactions/orders back in my Analytics account

I don't see all transactions/orders back in my Google Analytics account and Facebook business manager. I have analysed the missing transaction IDs but do not see any connection between the transactions. For example, I have a period in which Analytics indicates that there have been 55 orders, whereas in reality there have been 80+. (Relatively speaking, big difference right?)

I think it might be because not all my customers see the 'thank you' page. After all, that's where Analytics gets the 'conversion' from (I think). What could I do to fix this (& how)?

I am very interested to hear whether you can help me, because I am now desperate for this problem.

I'm sorry, its not personal at all but I don't feel really comfortable to just give the access. 🙂 I was hoping members of this forum could point out possible reasons/solutions for this issue.
