How to add custom HTML in textfields

How can I add custom HTML in textfields, either by iframe or not. When I try to do this I get an error:

500 Server Error

I want to add a form, made by JotForm, where JotForm states that to use the form with PretaShop I need to place it with an iframe, by:

1    Go to your Administration Panel > Preferences > General and "Allow iFrames on HTML Fields".
2    Go back to your Prestashop back-end and make a " New CMS Page ".
3    A new page editor will load. Fill it out, then in the Textbox Editor click on the HTML Button, Insert your Form iFrame Code, then click " Update ".
4    Finally go ahead and click " Save and Preview " and you're done!
 

But when I follow this I get the 500 Server Error

I have tried in my PrestaShop 1.7.7 it work for me. https://pscreenshot.com/i/ZKSk17 will you check your server has any restriction of html content put security.  Secondly you can use page builder to insert htlm code in cms page. Which do not made any problem

What do you mean by 'page builder'? You mean 'Creative Elements - Elementor based PageBuilder Module'?

Creative and visual composer can do this kind of work but crazy element is more powerfull than all builder
