ClassyDevs Posted December 4, 2020 Share Posted December 4, 2020 Hello, murdoc_tcc You can check PrestaShop compatibility with php version from here https://devdocs.prestashop.com/1.7/basics/installation/system-requirements/ Then make sure your site is compatible with your php version. Secondly, you can inspect the element via chrome , right click and click the inspect then check their is any javascript in your site or not. This are two possible error for the button not work.
