Hello there,

I installed Prestashop on my ubuntu server. But the website dont found css files and others. (error message in Chrome Console : "Mixed Content: The page at '<URL>' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet '<URL>'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS."

I tried to convert prestashop from http to https (SSL in main settings) but the option ON/OFF is disabled and the link "Please click here to verify that your store supports HTTPS protocol" doesn't work (just refresh the page).

I found on forums the issue to change in database the value of PS_SSL_ENABLED from NULL to 1. But when I refresh admin page (not admin/index.php but a sub page of admin like main settings) Chrome return error : "This page doesn't work [...] ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS".

My domain is on https

Prestashop version : 1.7.6.9

ubuntu Server version : 20.04.1

php version : 7.3.24

apach2e version : 2.4.41

Thanks for your help.

Thanks four your answer.

I installed php 7.2 on my server and restart apache2 to be sure :

apt-get install php7.2 php7.2-cli php7.2-common
systemctl restart apach2.service

After pages refreshed (main page /prestashop/index.php and /prestashop/admin..../index.php), it returns Error 500

error_500.jpg.fcc20fc82e8de5571177ee3359e4bdc6.jpg

But in prestashop logs, there is written :

"Cannot select any valid SQL engine. at line 302 in file classes/db/Db.php"

An other topic of prestashop talk about the same problem and resolved him by installation of the php mysql extensions on the server.

I tried this :

apt-get install php-mysql

And restart apache2

But always same error in logs and same error on website (error 500).

Please help me !
