IFTHEN Posted November 29, 2020 Share Posted November 29, 2020 Hi I have 4 product in front panel of my site, which don't have any information like Name, Price or Image!!! in the back panel and Catalog section, there aren't exist too! but it shows on my front end! There are some products with ID 391-393-394-397 but in front end 392-395-396 are being shown without any information While these aren't exist in Catalog! Whats the problem? and why it was happened? There are two main tables for products in the database. ps_product and ps_product_shop and a table with the texts ps_product_lang. Find out if there are problematic product ids in the ps_product_shop table. There can also be product ids in the ps_category_product table. Yes I don't have any of them. There is a situation, that I sometimes get signed out all of a sudden by the server. Is it possible that issue connect to this case?
