DanielSMIG Posted November 25, 2020 Share Posted November 25, 2020 Hello, I need help with our Prestashop 1.7.6.9 website. We just found out that customers who creates order get errors. Customers confirms the order and pay the order (Paypal). After that, they don't get a order confirmation. The payment is working correctly, but it does not create the order in back end. Can anyone please help us? This is not a very good time for us to have these problems. It's Black Week now and the system need to work.
