Installing 1.7 error 500 stuck in creating database tables

I'm trying to create the shop in a hosted environment so I can't change the apache server settings. There might be wrong configuration in the fast cgi, with regards to PrestaShop (https://grepitout.com/mod_fcgid-read-data-timeout-in-40-seconds/).

 

Do you know any way I can get to install PrestaShop? The installer might be stuck in creating tables but a lot of ps_ tables are created already (23). Thank you very much! Once, after clicking retry about a hundred times, I got to the next step, where it got stuck too.

The installation stops in create database tables at 12%. Below a screenshot. I added all the error logs around the time when retrying installing.
