Oops! An Error Occurred

Hi there,

I installed an earlier version 1.6.1.24 of PS and upgraded it to the latest version using 1-Click Upgrade Plugin. To customize the [Classic] theme I just tried to export the theme and came across this 

Oops! An Error Occurred
The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error".
Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Sharing it here, just in case it may help you improve a thing or two.
