Refunds isn't working correctly

When I do a Full Refund or Partial Refund, PrestaShop isn't changing the total amount due.

Is this a bug with PrestaShop or do I need to do something different?

You should not change the total amount. As Prestashop does, you must generate a new document with the refunded amount, but must keep the original amount as original.

I think I am confused. I clicked on "Full Refund" at the top of the Order page to process the refund. Is there something else that I need to do?

Because PS says "Warning $0.00 paid instead of $5.00" makes me thing that either something is wrong with the refund process or I am forgetting a step.

Thanks for this, As i have recieved my refund from skywestonline prestashop as the price was of product.
