Order disappeared in the backoffice

Hello
I have this problem, an order has disappeared from the list in the back office.
The user has temporarily changed his data (name and surname) to place an order (order disappeared). He then placed a new order by placing his old data (visible order).

In the ps_orders table of the DB, the order record is visible.

In the confirmation email (the order is no more present in the list in the back office) the name and the email are always the same.
Change the name and address in the "delivery address" and "billing address" section.

Yes I do.

I solved it thanks to the help of an Italian user, here the solution he sent me (I hope it is translated right)
Try going to the BO, open another order and then in the URL replace the order ID with the one you can't find. Then try opening the customer address page and save the address again.
