items do not showing when selecting a subcategory!!

Hello everyone, I have the following problem:

In the vertical category section, when I click on any of the subcategories, the products do not appear, and the following message appears:

Please do your search again.

 

I already read some forums and:

1.- Activate the Friendly URL

2.- I activated the debugging mode.

3.- I deleted, regenerated and updated the .htacces file (or something like lol).

4.- I updated all the modules.

And the products still do not appear in the subcategory.

NOTE: The products are active in the store because if I search for them by name, they appear.

Note 2: mi pages is in spanish
