shippment feescx

hi , 

i have a little problem here , if a client buy more than 2 items , shippment fees wil increase by X2 .

so how can i fix it for the same fees for one or more items

example :

*if client buy 1 item , shippment fees = 7

*if client buy 2 items  , shippment fees : 14 

*if client buy 3 items shippment fees = 21 

 

help me to fix the fees for 7 how many items the client order .
