When I click the browse button that appears in blue on my uploaded photos, the window opens to upload pictures. The windows do not open when I press the "choose a file" buttons in the second photo. same problem on all backoffice ("choose a file" buttons do not work,) . How can I fix this problem ? Can you please someone help me ? It was working when I first set up the site, it stopped working after I uploaded the first photo to my site. Crezzur.com Posted October 3, 2020 Share Posted October 3, 2020 Hello @mmv4 to resolve a issue of this kind we cannot help you unless you have an error (enable debugging) or giving a member backoffice privilleges of your store so we can look what caused the issue. The issue is not caused by Prestashop itself. Make sure there is no module installed which is calling problems. Alternative you can upload myStoreRepair to your server (link in signature) and check if you have setup your php.ini settings correctly, when your max upload is set to low it can generate errors.
