Prestashop 1.7 - Override admin css

Hello everyone,

When going mobile, the admin page hides the search bar (for some unbelievable reason, someone decided that removing the ability to quick look for a product is better than removing the "gamify" icon, for instance).

I really need that handy searchbar to be shown from my mobile phone, so I would like to remove that annoying display:none from the css but I don't want, of course, to touch the core theme. Is it any way to override the css for the new-theme?
