gyshka Posted September 21, 2020 Share Posted September 21, 2020 Greetings! I wanted to turn on geolocation in our Prestashop, but when I clicked the slider it turned out that it's not gonna work. Sorry for the screen in Polish, but it says: Red field: Geolocalization base is not avaliable Yellow field: To use geolocalization, please download this file and unzip it to the catalogue /app/Resources/geoip/. The thing is - the link provided is broken and just doesn't work. Anyone had this problem? Peraps there's an alternative source of the code? And an extra question - when it's turned on, can we expect the website to start in English/USD for American users, English/EUR for European users and Polish/PLN for the Polish users if we have these three currencies avaliable? Both the back end of Prestashop and Prestashop's online documentation still point to that missing file. This really needs to be updated so we don't spend days of searching to try find a solution.
