1.6 How to assign category programmatically based on product title in Prestashop 1.6?

We have store in which one category named "pen"
we also have many products whose names(title) contains "pen" in it.

I want to assign those category "pen" to those products.

Only single store with default language only.

PrestaShop Version : 1.6.1.20

Look in the ps_product_lang table for "pen"

Add the product in the ps_category_product table.
