Installation struggle please help

So I have a server and an independent website which is live. The website has no ecommerce functionality and so as my hosting server makes use of cpanel I quickly came across prestashop as a solution.

 

Basically in short I'd like help to figure out how I can remove/uninstall all the prestashop content from my server so that I can reinstall (or attempt to) the download version, which so far has not worked for me and I'm almost certain that is due to having installed presta shop via the cpanel appstore prior to the download install attempt. Specifically when attempting a download install when I reach the part of navigating to the index.php file having used ftp to import the files onto my server it should auto detect and begin the installation however that does not happen.

 

Because of the mess I have created I'm hoping to have help removing all the directories so when I attempt to do it again, I do not have this issue. 

Any help would be much appreciated.
