Tax Exemption

Hi:

I live in Colombia and here there are tax exemptions in some products like laptops, cell phones and bikes depending on the price. If the product costs less that certain amount, you are exempt of the VAT.
Do anyone know how to set this automatically in Prestashop 1.7.6.7?

Any free or paid module can do that?
