I have got the same problem. Zero orders showing on dashboard. All other stats seem to be fine. I have set all relevant order statuses to "validated", but that changes nothing. At the bottom of the list the average order amount is shown correctly. I amusing PS 1.7.8.

Has anyone got a solution for this?

Kind Regards

You can set the session location to /tmp , if you are using cpanel. then from php settings you need to change the session location. Then it will solve your issue.

This is infact the fix for the issues with the shipping carriers throwing the Technical Error message as well as the Stats on the main dasboard not populating and throwing the same error. 4you.software Thank you for your help!

Hi,

I've the same problem

I need to replace  session.save_path = "/var/cpanel/php/sessions/ea-php56"

by session.save_path = "/tmp" ?

Thanks
