Quickview incredibly slow

Hi,

I'm on PS 1.7.6.4, theme Warehouse 4.3.4

I have problem with the quickview button which is incredibly slow to show up the quickview popup.

When cliking on quickview, i sometimes have to wait 5-10 seconds to seee the popup showing up....

I already asked the theme support, they say 'quickview is core Prestashop functionality not theme'.......

Any idea how i could fix that ?
