1.7.6.7 DisplayPositions getting Error 500 - SOLVED

I had posted this on a thread in the update issues forum but my problem is not an update but a fresh new install of 1.7.6.7. So I'm kinda wondering right now if this is a bug...

I can't load Design > Positions. I get a 500 Internal Server Error. All other pages seem to work fine.

Steps I've taken:

  • Confirmed all my PHP info (7.1) and settings with the tool
  • Turned on Prestashop debug and it still goes to the error.
  • Turned on my servers PHP error logging and nothing is showing in my server logs.
  • Tried the default theme
  • Turned off all non-prestashop modules

 I've had no success. Are there any others with this issue? I haven't found anything in my searched specific to the Module Positions.

Hey I manage to sort it out guys if it is issue with the 500 follow this steps :

Make sure to go to cpanel or plesk panel whatever your using and click on Apache and nginx settings for your domain.com you are using and insert this code click apply .

<IfModule mod_security2.c>

SecResponseBodyLimit 546870912

</IfModule>

insert it in your Additional directives for HTTP and HTTPS

hope this will help both of you :)

make sure to clear your cache in the prestashop backend .

Please if it help can someone help me with their SMTP with ssl lol as I still can't get port 456 or 587 to work , only port 24 . Thanks
