Product duplication issue with more stocks 1.6.1.23

I found issue in this scenario in multistore and ASM 

Have 2 shops with diferent products 

Shop A use stock A

Shop B use stock B

When i create new product XYZ  set it and save, select stock here B but record for stock A is done in ps_product_lang too OK no big deal but next  line in DB

make duplication of product XYZ and save, rename to ZYX and make small customisation. 

This result is that in  ps_product_lang table is again line for Stock A and B

For Stock A stay name from original XYZ and is no longer renamed to ZYX

For Stock B is name renamed. 

It result that in stock management you now see XYZ 2 times as it find record for both stocks.
