fraizor Posted August 6, 2020 Share Posted August 6, 2020 Hello i'am using 1.7.6.7 i faced a problem from the beginning directly after i installed prestashop, when i tried to delete the sample products i was not able to delete more than 5 products at once the problem still exist on my own products i cant do any bulk action (delete/activate/disable) for more than 5 products, if i tried to do fro 10 products it will stop at 5 and show message attached any ideas ? musicmaster Posted August 6, 2020 Share Posted August 6, 2020 Strange. My guess would be that the processing of the change for the search index is the problem. fraizor Posted August 6, 2020 Author Share Posted August 6, 2020 ok after doing lots of troubleshooting and debugging it appeared the problem no from Prestashop it was from the anti DOS module it was limited for 4 requests per second we changed it to 40 , now the problem is gone Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
