Heurmi Posted July 31, 2020 Share Posted July 31, 2020 I get the message "An error occurred during the subscription process" when I'm trying to subscribe for a newletter. The tabel ps_emailsubscription exists but is empty. When I fill in manually a record I can see this in the module. When I try to register an existing emailaddress (created in the database) I get the message that this address already exists. A new address gives the same error message. (On the same server I have ps 1.7.4.4 running with the same theme installed. Here is the newsletter subscrition working correctly.) Who can help me?
