Erreur Customer reassurance (maj v5.0)

Bonjour,

je viens de mettre à jour le module customer reassurance en V5.0
Depuis le site ne se charge pas.
Prestashop v1.7.6.7
PHP 7.2
En activant le debug, voici l'erreur qui s'affiche dans le footer à la place des logos de reassurance (j'ai vidé les caches serveur et navigateur) :
