Vania Elizondo
I was testing a module I'm creating in my shop. I uploaded the compressed folder and it crashed. I reloaded the page and I can see all the pages in the admin view except the Module Manager view. This is the error the page is showing me when I click on Module Manager. Quote Oops! An Error Occurred The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error". Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. This might be because I print_r some variables in the constructor, which may have made the whole view to crash. I want to uninstall the module but I can't access to the Module Manager. I need technical assistance but nobody's answering. Guest
https://validator.prestashop.com/auth/login It is best to check the module for a bug and then fix it. How else do you want to advise without codes?
Vania Elizondo
I solved it by deleting my module folder directly from the project. Edited July 20, 2020 by Vania Elizondo (see edit history)
maestrobo
I had the same problems. I could NOT upgrade modules and I could NOT install a new module with 500 error server. Not sure how I managed to solve it... It went away by doing those 2 things for me. 1°) Not enough space on your server....? Clean and make some space. 2°) Or modules previously not uninstalled correctly. I manually deleted folder modules I have removed in the back office. Folders were still there.
