sucknorris Posted July 15, 2020 Share Posted July 15, 2020 Hey there, i was downloading the product comments from github: https://github.com/PrestaShop/productcomments But when installing the module its showing an error "Uups...Upload failed...". num47 Posted November 20, 2020 Share Posted November 20, 2020 I have installed few third party module and then this module started not working! It showed the comment number but it was not showing any comment. So, i uninstalled every third party module including this commenting module! Funny thing is that now its not even allowing me to install me this module again! And one more funny thing is that i constantly have to delete the "prod" folder in the Var/Cache folder to get access to the BackOffice because after uninstalling few modules it started showing me 500 http error. Thats super funny that Prestashop has not yet implemented any rule to avoid conflicting between modules and has not fixed these types of issues. PS 1.7 is great with several new feathers and those feathers could be brought on PS 1.6 which has less bugs. One of the most annoying factor in PS 1.7 is you have to go back and forth from Installed module list to Installable module list. I know, for some this is very great because the list are now separated and you won't have to see the not installed module all the time but this could easily be implemented by adding a filter as it was in PS 1.6 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
