Add country id to custom link

Hey guys,

is there any option to add automatically the currently set country to a link. For example with a shortcode.

For example i have the link: http://localhost/informationen

This works actually and it will change the link after click - for example to http://localhost/de/informationen

But i would like to add the country id directly to the main link. For user who have set language fr the main link will show as http://localhost/fr/informationen

or for user from uk it will show http://localhost/en/informationen
