Problème Ajout produits

Bonjour,

Prestashop : 1.7.6.1

Tableau de bord -> catalogue -> Produits

Click sur le bouton -> Nouveau Produit

J'ai des statistiques à la place du formulaire d'ajout ?

en mode debug il y a un problème :
