Send attachment in message to customer

Hi All,

I am new to the forum, if this is the wrong place please feel free to move it.

On my PrestaShop catalog I have a product called Photo edits. I want the customer to upload the image they want editing. This is all working as expected and I can get the photo and edit it. The issue I have is that once the edits are done I am unable to send it to them over message. Is there a way to do this with no addins. I can't afford this at the moment.

 

What I want is to Open the order and send the message normally with the ability to add a file.

There is free advice.
Open the email client on your computer and send the edited image.
When you click on the customer's email in the administration, your email client will open automatically.

Creating a module is no problem for an experienced programmer, for a beginner any modification is lengthy and write instructions and explain everything in a few posts.

And now answer the question. Will anyone here advise me for free for a few hours?
