Problem downloading images by postman-service api

Good Afternoon 

I am running the prestashop api service to download the product images, store logo, etc. What I am doing is consuming the services api/images/stores  and api/images/categories and you can view the images it contains (prestashop1 image), but when I want to download the image with the routes, for example, api/images/stores/1 or api/images/categories/11 the result is a white pixel (image prestashop2) and not the image in bytes, this process was working for me a week ago and it stopped working.
