apollo page builder Ap profiles Manage does not display

Hi everyone, please i need help;

I use apollo pageBuilder for my web site but when i click on ap profiles Manage the page is empty(No profile yet and i cant add new profile) like the attach image it s the screenshoot of my Cpanel. I would like know what wrong in my Cpanel.

NB: i used free template gypsy.
