Redirection loop Prestashop 1.7.6.5

Hello,

my problem is redirection loop which I get after I try to make an order.

So I add random product to cart and next I try to buy it.

In fact I should be redirected to page where I have to fill form with my my and delivery informations.

But that not happens. Instead of that I get only an error from browser that says Redirection loop - it may be caused due to cookies (or something like that).

I use SSL.

I tried to add $_SERVER['HTTPS'] = 'on'; in \config\settings.inc.php

tried enable/disable Apache multi views and in fact I don't know what to try next. Please help.
