(Seeking) Module Product as Attribute / Option

I'm looking for a specific plugin development as I'm not finding what I need.

So we're selling posters online, we have more than 120 different models available in 2 different formats A2 or A0.
We're also selling 3 models of wooden frame only for A2 format.

So far I'm using frames as attribute, but I'm facing a big problem with stock management of wooden frame.

Indeed, by using frames as attribute, it means that each of our 120 models have actually 3 different stocks (1 for A2 format x Frame 1 - 1 for A2 x Frame 2 - 1 for A2 x Frame 3).
Managing stock for frames is pretty messy as it means that we virtually have a stock of  Frame 1 X 120 models. 

What I'm looking for is a way to use a product - Wooden Frame 1 with a stock of 100 - as an attribute.
Indeed if a client buys Models A with  Wooden Frame 1, i'd like that the stock of Wooden Frame 1 be impacted.

Another idea would be to add Frames as Product option on product page (with price update) with the following rules: 
If client selects FORMAT A2 => Enable A2 Frame Options
If client selects FORMAT A0 => Enable A0 Frame Options (so far we don't have any A0 frame but it's coming).

Nous vendons des affiches sur notre site en plusieurs formats A2 et A0.
Nous vendons également des cadres, uniquement pour les formats A2 - pas pour les A0

Nous fonctionnons actuellement avec le système natif de déclinaison prestashop. En revanche, nous sommes confronté à un souci concernant la gestion de stock de nos cadres.
En effet, nous disposons d'un stock de (par exemple) 300 cadres (100 noir, 100 blanc, 100 naturels).

Avec ce système, chaque modèle d'affiche (+ de 120) dispose d'un stock (virtuel) de 100 cadres noir, 100 blanc et 100 naturels (soit 100 cadres noir x 120 modèles = 1200 cadres ) la gestion du stock est un casse tête (malgré un module d'edition de déclinaison en masse).

Je recherche un module qui permet d'utiliser le produit Cadre X Y ou Z en tant que déclinaison / option à ajouter directement sur la fiche produit (et non en mode slider).
J'ai bien trouvé des modules de "composants" ou d'accessoires, mais notre problématique est que nous avons (pour l'instant) uniquement des modèles pour la déclinaison format A2, donc la règle suivante à respecter : 
SI SÉLECTION DÉCLINAISON A2 ALORS OPTION = CADRE X Y OU Z
SI SELECTION A0 ALORS PAS D'OPTION - OU CADRE A B OU C
