PS Mail alerts New Order Merchant Confirmation Total Products Quantity

Hi All

I am new here, but been using Presta on and off since v1.4.

I've got a shop running selling customised printed boards and some custom scripts using another service to automate bits and pieces.

Some of the automation is based on confirmation email sent from ps_mailalerts and I need to modify /modules/ps_emailalerts/mails/en/new_order.html.

I need it to show total quantity of products on the order in the footer and just cannot find the right solution, been on it for multiple hours into the night with no result.

I bet this is very simple, but my stupid head is gone now I've been through that many revisions of the code.

Any ideas? Please help urgently as it stops me from moving on to another part of the project.
