checking my site prestahop 1.7.5.0 i see this

The H1 tag of your page seems not optimized.

<h1><img src.. ></h1>

The <h1> tag seems too short, it should be about 70 characters.

Inside your tag <h1> there is only an image, remember to not use a logo or an image inside your <h1> tag.

Header.tpl   have this code

This is default from prestashop classic theme on the home page. Delete the h1 tag from there, and put another h1 text on the home page.

Don't trust any tool which gives notes like too long, too short.

H1 to h6 are test formatting tags and should be used as such.
