setup of new website using latest prestashop

We are  a established e-tailer in uk running over 14 years.

We are a looking for a expert developer in presta shop to develop our new eCommerce site with icecat.

Detailed   specification attached. 

please note  the  attached sheet is not finalised. But the main part of the project in regard to icecat and feed plug in.

summary of what is required.

1) full integration of icecat with prestashop
2)  design feed  plugin that works with ice cat to process suppliers feeds.
3) we work 10 different suppliers, supplier feed might be in csv, txt or xml format.
4) create design theme or change purchased theme
5)amend or design  module for shipping
6)create live/stock/delivery   checker
