hershey97 0 Posted June 1, 2020 Hello, I have just tried installing the most recent version of Prestashop, however I get the following error Database Server is not found. Please verify the login, password and server fields (DbPDO) However dispute this error, my database login, server and port are all correct. I've done a bit of research on this issue and found that it might be something to do with MySQL. Apparently I need to set the mysql user to mysql_native_password, however I have no idea how to do this as I only have access to cpanel. I've tried running the alter command via the PHPMyAdmin Terminal but that doesn't seem to work. I would love any help you guys could give! Thanks :) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
