I am getting this error after changing my host Call to undefined method Product::run() in public_html/classes/Dispatcher.php:379 Stack trace: #0 /public_html/index.php(29): DispatcherCore->dispatch() #1 {main} thrown in public_html/classes/Dispatcher.php on line 379

We changed our hosting to Siteground.com and all the problems vanished.

You can try deleting the cache from the admin. If admin page is also not accessible then delete the cache folder manually using the FTP.

Depending upon the PS version, Cache folder can be found on the following folder.

app/cache
var/cache
