Seems to be caused by module "Jmarketplace" - temporarily deactivate the module and contact the developer to fix the issue

Yes, I did it, I disabled jmarketplace module and the orders can be finish!,   I will contact to jmarketplace

Hi Guys,

I am not a coder, yet I've been using Prestashop 1.7 for some time.
I have a problem with Cash on Delivery,
1- used Cash on delivery (COD) 1.0.6 by prestashop
2- Cash on delivery with fee v3.3.4 - by idnovate
3- Cash on delivery with fee (COD) PLUS v1.1.8 - by Sakis Gkiokas

All three of them are returning HTTP error 500 on validation, I receive the order confirmation via email, and the client ends up with an error.

I'm not good with editing code, is there any module that actually works?

I have seen the reply about jmarketplace, can i disable it from BO?

Thank you

when I disable jmarketplace it's works without error 500, but that was in my case , cause the prestashop error in debugging shows me the error came from jmarketplace,  you need to check where the error come from, using debug in prestashop

Prestashop creates log files on FTP.
Find them in ./var/logs/
There is an exact error in the files.
This will help in finding problems.

The screen does not show exactly the problem.
