bo customized fields duplicate quanity

Please assist.Orders placed via backoffice with customized fields on products gets doubled.I see there was a fix applied back in 2017:

Fix doubled quantity when ordering a customizable product #7550.

 

However on the default theme this double of quanity is still  an issue on  PrestaShop version: 1.7.6.5.

 

As you will see on the attachment.only the product with customized field the quantity is double.

 

Any assistance would be appreciated.
