Let a client know that product is in another client's cart

Hi all!

Today in facing two little issues. Not huge but relevant instead.

First) I would like to let a client know when a product is in another client's cart. Is not an out of stock situation but a warning for this client to keep waiting just in case the other checkout process doesn't end successfully. My first thought was an if condition in cart rules or cart presenter files, but I prefer to ask in advance because its something I have discovered in a Shopify store and probably some of you have faced this as well. 

Secondly) And related, I would like to set a countdown for the first client to end the checkout. I found a module for that but developer doesn't seem to be online anymore. (https://www.prestasoo.com/table/) I also set to the minimum the cookie duration to auto-empty the cart if it is abandoned.

That should be a very good module, to avoid availability issues. 

By the way, I see the module available online: https://www.prestasoo.com/es/prestashop-modules/cart-reservation. try again to see if you are lucky..
