1.7.6.0 to 1.7.6.5 This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it

I tried to do a manual update from 1.7.6.0 to 1.7.6.5

I transfered all files and went to the install/upgrade/upgrade.php file and received this error. Any idea how to resolve this?

It seems like my web site is working fine although I could not run the script at upgrade/upgrade.php
